Heat Treatment
Use the domestic advanced mesh belt furnace treatment and
computer-controlled quenching process, and use international
(Kunlun) quenching liquid.
Normal ordinary pit furnace to do heat treatment, or use cold
water.
Make sure the product is not easy to deformation and the balance of
vertical;
Stable operation, uniform heating to ensure that the product
hardness and carburizing layer;
Oil quenching and annealing can ensure the flexibility of the
product without easy to be damaged.
Product Testing
Use advanced magnetic particle testing equipment, the finished
product differential cross shaft detection.
